Why does anyone need to download this? Post it on multiple image sharing websites and people can pick and choose what method they want to share it with.
Just share it, you dont have to download it if you dont want to, but the more copies there are, the harder it is for it to be removed. If everyone shares the same link and the link is removed, it dies everywhere.
