well, if true the Libya human trafficking connection (with its mercenaries that relocated to Syria) would seem to dovetail perfectly into that article about 36 000 children's organs being harvested during the Syria conflict
And also (off the top of my head) dovetails into Hastert and his being blackmailed/bribed/ involved with Turkey. That was never investigated as they dropped it after he confessed
