I do think that this whole tattoo thing is ridiculously creepy and certainly points to there being a very shady underworld element involved - good work to the OP and others. While the &pizza place definitely might have some super shady shit going on, this particular location in Philadelphia is on Walnut Street. Not to mention, the whole focus some people have had on "walnuts" or "walnut sauce" tends to be inaccurate anyway - walnut sauce is a legitimately used pasta sauce that, unlike most of the stuff in Molesta's emails, can actually be explained away by a true reason for use.
