I ask if there is a precedent for something like this, assuming the evidence of the fake certificate is true. If the president is found to be illegally in office does this potentially void any pardons he has handed out in the past or a mass wave of pardons he may hand out before leaving office? I imagine there is going to be a ton of politicians looking for that as an out right now with pizzagate gaining traction, we should pay attention to any of the people of interest suddenly falling silent or taking vacations overseas over the next few weeks.

Have they even attempted to see if the document they are using to verify Obama bc the actual fake? Wouldn't it be more likely some civilian filed false paperwork based off his and they missed it on the court side.?

If he was found to illegally be in office i think it probably would, but I don't think that will happen. Theres a reason only Arpaio touched this, and he's only there another few months, doubt any1 will want to get involved, don't know if id trust Arpaio on this matter tbh
