Post defined the word in a way that made up for the fact that buck's fishing and camping had no pedo symbols because the of thw word "buck". Just need help finding the post again

Well 'buck' used to mean when a horse 'bucks' you off, what meant is people could kick the can down the road, Truman was saying the can kicking stop's here. Now of course with Infinite free fiat (US DOLLARS) the buck never stops and can is kicked forever.
