Yeah, I wouldn't use the word "trust" for what cannibalism fosters. Keeping a secret and sharing what is universally considered an abomination is not worthy to be elevated to "trust". And how can it be trust? It's more like blackmail. No one can tell on anyone because they're all guilty of the same crime.
