RT is Russian propaganda, however it does promote truth to bash US intelligence.

So basically, if RT is saying something positive about Russia, or something negative about the West, it's best to look for independent verification.
Yes, they are exceptionally biased but they do broadcast western corruption, they'll always put Kremlin in the right light. RT will still be better than Fox or CNN. Mintpressnews isn't bad.
