Originally I planned on coding the entire website from the ground up, but I wanted to release it sooner rather than later. The website is powered by phpmelody, which is open code meaning that I can customize it as I wish. It already functions very well, but there are some modifications I will make in the near future.
Now, about content. The only things not allowed are child porn, extreme violence, and pro-terrorism content. Other than that, you can upload whatever you wish [as long as it's under 1gb size for now] and I will not remove it unless subpoenaed. So please, feel free to use the site and spread the word and videos as much as possible.

One of my biggest beefs with YT and all them is that I have to update or change my browser all the time. 6 months ago everything worked, 3 months ago some YT vids played but colors where in 3 different sizes, now they all work but my browser crashes after a few minutes. I hope you use the "KISS" principal .. "Keep it simple stupid"
I systematically block web site my browser fails to support, I block all updates in my computer too. If works, don't fix it. I know what their game is though, its all about control!
