If you're like me, you've probably grown somewhat tired of the "Russia hacked the DNC/Podesta" fake news. (Yes, it's possible, but it certainly has not been proven yet.) This narrative is distracting the public from the real issue: the content of the emails including CGI corruption and Pizzagate.

One of their bits of evidence (possibly planted by another actor to implicate Russia) is this:

Metadata in a file leaked by “Guccifer 2.0″ shows it was modified by a user called, in cyrillic, “Felix Edmundovich,” a reference to the founder of a Soviet-era secret police force. Another document contained cyrillic metadata indicating it had been edited on a document with Russian language settings.

Two questions: 1. Is the quoted statement above true about both the files posted on DC Leaks as well as Wikileaks? Or just the DC Leaks files? 2. Are there any other differences between what was posted on DC Leaks and Wikileaks?

This information may help in discrediting the US Information Community's story, at least with regards to Wikileaks who have stated that they got the files directly from an insider / whistleblower. Sources would be appreciated. Thank you!
