Further, this name is Extremely common amongst people from Guinea (as well as the name Ibrahima Diallo - the name of the who.is registrant of Besta's website). Back in early /r/pizzagate days, people made some strange connections with an Ibrahima Diallo who is tied with DC and also owns orphanages in Haiti, however there was a major issue of not being able to verify if we indeed had the correct Ibrahima Diallo. I would say this issue applies here even with Abdoulaye (by the way, to my knowledge this potential connection with Abdoulaye has not been discussed yet as I never saw anyone find this particular potential link until now). The Ibrahima Diallo post was removed (https://archive.is/3imSc)) from the sub by mods for exposing these people's personal identity without proof...which is around the time the sub started being censored more. So unfortunately the conversation on these guys kind of fizzled out. We need to be able to find verifiable evidence of the connections, else due to the commonality of the name, we can't be sure if we're making the right connections.
