in following my nose, i happened upon some interesting art world connections (pizzagate)

nothing grotesque or disgusting, no new instagram feeds, but lots and lots of money. allegedly mismanaged.

if you recall some of my previous research, i noted that i am particularly interested in Andrew Jon Kline and his JECCA Corporate Services entity.

while looking through the list of 490+ corps for which JECCA is an agent, i spotted an interesting one:

the trustees of the corcoran gallery of art. founded in 1870. that's pretty old, i thought, and it seemed interesting, so i wanted to know more, just because. not because i was suspicious of anything at all, but just because. art, art history, and washington corps this old must be interesting.

well. i found something interesting.

they had a fund which was only allowed to be used for the acquisition of new artwork, which the trustees were trying to access. in this suit, the COO and others mention that they would raise funds by selling off pieces which were of lesser importance or duplicitous. seems legit.

it's worth noting at this point - it appears that all of the big money has been whittled away, but the trust lumbers on. if you managed a trust in charge of maintaining billions of dollars in assets, would you just donate the largest lump of those assets away with nothing in return?

so i started looking into the COO, hooper.

he does indeed attend auction events. one in particular caught my eye:

at this event, he rubbed sholders with Tony Podesta, members of the Bonner Group, Alefantis, and all the people we've grown to disdain.

it would be easy for me to dismiss this connection, if it weren't for the facts that both Hooper and Kline have now been implicated in lawsuits where they mismanaged trust funds, and they are both tied to the besta/comet/podesta crowd in multiple vectors. AND hooper had access to a multi-billion art collection that needed to be partially liquidated AND podesta has an underground art vault AND alefantis' castillium project is labeled 'museum'. (i'll go find the links, but these have all been discussed here at length.)

don't know, i just can't shake the feeling that there's more going on to fund the trafficking organization than just the trafficking organization.

i have two questions for the crowd:

1) can anyone show me how to archive .pdfs? the two links here in particular, i'd like to save, but i've hit interesting clues in .pdf form before

2) does anyone know a lawyer who can speak to one's responsibilities as an agent? i understand that being an agent is simply representing a point of legal document keeping - but does the agent (or should the agent) care about the interests they represent? if a lawyer were to find that they are an agent for some insidious money laundering or trafficking ring, would they be guilty by association?

My thought when I read this was that you could take a huge tax write-off for donating these assets, as well as for your art business that goes tits-up. I don't know what the perks might be for gutting a trust, but there probably are some.

Ok, an exact fact pattern would help - like if you wrote out exactly who you think did what with the names above. But going off how I'm interpreting your question based off the information above, you're talking about JECCA doing something illegal.

However, I'd have to know what JECCA's duties are to the client in order to know if they violated them.

If you're talking about JECCA and their client hurting a third party, well it depends on what JECCA knew and what they did. It would be helpful to know what JECCA's role is as an agent. There's a contract case listed here that wasn't settled and where Jecca was being sued and lost. Kaywood Liquors vs. Jecca Corporate Services. I don't have access to DC cases and I'm not 100% sure if that one's published, but as it was likely a client suing Jecca, that case would be very useful in detailing what Jecca does for clients exactly, cause it probably didn't perform as was expected by the client (hence the lawsuit). thanks. i have a growing feeling that the people posting that wall of 'it's the saudis, they have all the money' are trying to hide something domestic, or european. i'm not sold that it's not the saudis/oil money, but i'd at least like to keep digging in all directions.

whatever we're doing, on the whole, is triggering MSM reactions, so even if we find something that doesn't make sense to us but makes someone up there nervous - post and discuss, post and discuss. if i hadn't posted the Kline-JECCA-Titan Transport link the other day, I never would have spotted the Titan Transport picture in one of the podesta emails that another poster had seen.
