It talks about "Domino Theory," which is a theory about the spread of communism by chain reaction.

If this whole pizza, pasta, dominos thing was political rather than about sex, it would fit a lot better into the context of Soros, politics, and elitist leftist agenda. I'm not saying Podesta isn't a creepy child fucker, just that this specific code might be for something else. Interesting idea anyway.
