They're using a template based website with hosting (I think it is called Jimba- I looked it up at the time). They're not hosting the website. That company does a lot of different companies.
Could be those businesses are using dynamic IP addresses (some ISPs charge more for a static IP), and were linked to pizza at one point and child care at a different point. You'd need timestamped DNS queries to rule that possibility out.
Might also be a webhost/cloud provider with multiple domains under one IP and internal routing to the appropriate server based on the domain.
