1) download the BC: https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/birth-certificate-long-form.pdf
2) open adobe illustrator
3) expand both layer tabs
you can see for yourself the forgery - it's quite amazing they left it like this online for 5 years
