Exactly. It is an explicit reference to pedophilia that can be added to the implicit reference in his Instagram avatar, with both of them fitting in with what appear to be a series of winks at pedophilia in his other comments and pictures and in things associated with his restaurant(s).
Since the beginning, I've been saying that when it comes to the picture of the girl with her hands taped, it doesn't matter if he's telling the truth about it being his Goddaughter or posted it with the parents permission. Who really thinks he would post a picture of some kidnapped child he was victimizing? It doesn't even matter if he's never touched the girl. That picture is not evidence of wrongdoing, it's evidence of a consistent theme in Alefantis' thinking that seems to be represented in 'coincidence' after 'coincidence'. It forms part of a body of evidence that suggests Alefantis is very comfortable with the theme of pedophilia, child abuse and, based on other things, occultism. I get paranoid that police are going to kick down my door just because I'm writing about pedophilia on here (in an obviously negative light) and searching terms and symbols that are used by them to fact-check certain pizzagate claims I see people making. You can be damn sure I wouldn't be posting pictures or making comments that suggested I felt positively about it, or even just neutral. And yet, Alefantis seems to do just that with reckless abandon. I'm paranoid even talking negatively about it because I find it revolting, but he seems to reference it casually and jokingly or even positively through the use of his avatar and the bands he regularly hosts at his 'family friendly' restaurant. That doesn't necessarily prove that he's abusing kids, but it strongly suggests to me that he has a very different view and feeling about the subject matter than I do.
