Personally, I think the one with "chickenlover" is more convincing. It's explicitly a reference to pedophilia, even if you don't mention the yellow beads. It also speaks to the mindset of Alefantis, because either the picture is depicting something nefarious and Alefantis is acknowledging it without condemning it, or else it is showing something innocent and yet Alefantis' mind immediately turns to pedophilia. It's a no win for him.
