I am literally only 40 seconds in at this point, but there are multiple tells I am picking up on:

What a terrible ordeal this must have been for you... When this man walked into your restaurant with this gun firing multiple shots (looks into camera) noone was injured (looks away) you werent there that day, right.

You knew things were reaching a fever pitch but did you ever foresee THAT? (whille she is saying this, he is nodding)

(he starts shaking his head NO) It had been building since before since the election so since Nov 4th I started receiving (stops and looks to his lwft) messages on my Instagram that were just bizzare and strange and just accusing me of falseness and (nods slightly) conspiracy and this built and built and built and built over a month and really it's not just me that's involved (shakes his head NO)

I recommend everyone else use KEEPVID or a similar service to maintain this information.
