Others have suggested that those SPAM email messages were coded emails, not actual SPAM. As we found a week or so ago that SPAM reviews at a car parts store led to porn sites once you figured out how to read them.

Let me dig. The car dealership spam was weird. All the users were unique and all the spam was complete and utter nonsense. BUT they were all the same in the sense where the first sentence would be dialog like "Can I borrow your car" The next thing would be a drug reference of an over the counter or prescription medication immediately followed up with a random sentence. If you googled the drug name along with the next sentence it would give you a website in the google results that had links to pron or stories about pron - some were underage, some were asian, etc. It probably got deleted for some reason but it was pretty legit. Let me see if I can find that thread. Others on here have talked about the SPAM messages specifically and theorized they were also coded messages that merely looked like SPAM.

I will dig and see if I can find both threads for you. It's interesting if nothing else.
