It looks big everywhere. You can read each country's TIP (Trafficking in Persons) report in the cablegate leaks. It's interesting to see who takes it seriously and who does not.

Hmmm, so then it is an epidemic I suppose. Considering these locations with high volumes of human sacrifice, is the Clinton Foundation, or the Clinton Health thing operating in these area's as well? It would be great to find out.

There are some horrific details throughout this cable detailing infants to adults sent abroad for sex, labor and human sacrifice.

It's probably due to who is doing it. If you line a leader's pockets with money, it makes problems go away.

Yes, but the other countries rarely list child sacrifice as a reason for trafficking. It's important to see this out in the open.

Very good point. I have been seeing more reports of child sacrifice in the news. By the way: India listed a story of child sacrifice by a witch recently I will try to dig it up. Also I heard something about a witch being burned alive by an indigenous tribe. Let me look for the articles Update there are tons of articles on child sacrifice in India.
