It says right now 8.25 tweets per minute and the last time I checked (2 weeks ago) by leaving by browser tab open on "Latest" to see how many new ones came in and it was 500+/hour. Now I am watching the Latest tweets and they are just slowly trickling in.
Jumped to 14 tweet per minute as I finished writing this.
