This is an odd comment, does this mean that John Podesta and James Alefantis are an item? Is that what David Brock is telling us?

This would explain why CPP is so important in the investigation.

Thanks for drawing my attention to this material, which I hadn't seen before. I don't think it means that Alefantis and Podesta are in a relationship, but it's very interesting matter nonetheless.
