This smells to me. I understand garnering attention, but this site is just asking for a DDOS attack now. Why not just release? What's the reason for advertising?
Exciting if true but I'll wait to see it to believe it.
How could you just make 15,000 emails though? It would have to be an automated process, wouldn't it? Or are people in the CIA working around the clock go write 15,000 fake emails? They're going to be heavily scrutinized either way. Any inconsistency will most likely stick out like a sore thumb.
All of the commonly known key players (Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, Anthony Weiner and Human Abedin) were missing, whereabouts unknown and incommunicado for about 5 weeks. Safe to assume they did not spend that time doing anything that wasn't directly related to their own survival and self interest. When Podesta and Hillary suddenly reappear there is no explanation of why they had disappeared in the first place, nor what they had worked on for such an extended period during a national crisis. They reappear at about the same time. Neither of them fully engages with the usual or expected channels of communication available to politicians of their stature. Instead they deliver brief messages from strictly controlled pulpits and then again disappear. The short simple messages they deliver are : Russia has hacked into our emails and the election itself in order to defeat Hillary and elect Trump and our CIA needs to do something about it.
A day later up pops the ever-so-enigmatic "findingassange" website which promises to deliver the Holy Grail to Podesta's and Hillary's opponents, including 15,000 "never before suspected" Podesta emails. There is no explanation offered on how these newly postulated emails could have escaped earlier leak/breach hacks , or how they could be shuffled in to what heretofore seems to be a pretty unbroken timeline of Hillary/DNC/Podesta email work product.
This doesn't just fail the sniff test. The reek blasts the nose from my face.
This makes so much sense to me. Where have they been? Definitely grabbing some extra water and ammo before the 18th. I wouldn't put anything past these crooked fucks at this point.
Did you read the description of how what you're being skeptical of was acquired?
"This is of course untrue and false information that grossly threatens the democracy of the United States, its national security and the security of the world. A facebook group was created called "Where is Julian Assange?" from said group a number of people involved started investigating very heavily into all of the details surrounding Assange's disappearance as well as the information that was being tampered with on Wikileaks file system. During their investigation, they were able to extract 15,000 John Podesta emails that were never published as well as discovered the passwords to two of the WikiLeaks Insurance files when one member successfully broke into the email system used by the original members of Wikileaks.
The lead person running the investigation decided what they had found was too risky to release, if Assange was still alive and these were the only things keeping him alive, he would surely be killed as well as had concerns for his own safety."
Yes I read the rationale and have given it fairly careful thought. Here's my take : Firstly, concerning the alleged 15,000 new Podesta emails. Since they are not part of the encrypted Insurance files that were distributed long before the Presidential campaign I don't see why they would be cognitively "lumped in together" with the Assange Insurance files by "findingassange."
Secondly, assuming that the bad guys are (for the most part) more or less "rational players" with self-interest as primary motivation, there is no reason to kill Julian Assange. Indeed, there are numerous and compelling reasons to keep him alive for future use. In that case there is no reason to withhold the Insurance Files. Indeed, if Julian's well being is of utmost importance. And "findingassange" has rock-solid nuclear grade evidence against the people holding Julian, then the solution is a no brainer: "Give us Julian Assange unharmed , within 24 hours, or we give to the world enough hard evidence to hang every one of you bastards 10 times over . . . and you will NEVER find where we will be doing the data dump from."
That's not what they did, though, is it?
My current Scientific Wild Assed Guess is still that the "findingassange" website is a trap. To be WRONG in that estimate would be just about the best thing that I can even imagine.

That post deserves a whole lot more attention. Excellent tinfoil chewing (and I mean that as a complement).
