someone pointed him to me (@PizzagateBRD) and I took a look. Why is he carefully keeping the two occupations separated, not a word of mention on his (legislator) page.

Because as pointed out above they are different people. One is a politician in California. One gives Pizza tours in NY. Believe me, that would an expensive commute.
