They are going to get the laptop deemed inadmissible in future cases, there was no warrant for the laptop itself. It was taken under a broader warrant. But this will disqualify it from use in other cases on the grounds of the original warrant limitations. I want to see justice but those guys are a nest of lawyers and they are playing this well. The whole point of asking for the warrant is to highlight that none exists.
