I see how this guy can damage the cause. If the kid accident, Haiti helping and bible verses are legit, it is compelling to me that his intentions were legit. I will point out that if a system is corrupt, attempts to solve something from within that system will fail unless that corruption is particularly weak. That should be obvious to you. He might be one of the good guys, even if ineffective, and I for one am not comfortable pretending otherwise until I am certain about his true role and intentions. It seems to me that there is one way of looking at this that amounts to 'throwing a patriot under the bus' because you fear that someone will have a bad opinion of you by association. I will be quiet now, because I don't know this guy's true motives.
