I don't want to get disappeared. How do I get this to law enforcement so they will finally believe that this is real?

Please help.

Also, my friend is an intern at the state department and has a file folder filled with child price lists. If you can help me get to law enforcement I will tell you more.

This is too reminiscent to a honeypot to be taken seriously. That said, post it anonymously on here, it can be sent to the police by others and then you don't have to worry. Nothing you have said indicates a crime, so immunity is irrelevant.
