I've played for years and the only sick shit double meaning I can come up with would be the Boneyard, (where extra tiles are kept separated and reversed ) alluding to a cemetery.

I read somewhere that it means "making the person bleed". So, when he said, "Do you think I'd play better dominoes on cheese than on pasta?"... what the sick fuck was saying was, "Do you think I would make a little girl bleed more or a little boy bleed more?"
