So, by looking into the wikileaks (Clinton Foundation newsletter), I came across this article, which narrates at some point the story of a woman, Shelley Clay : http://www.refinery29.com/2015/08/92969/chelsea-clinton-foundation-haiti-women-empowerment

Both are supported heavily by Clinton foundation (grant covered buildings, supplies, solar sytem). « Papillon enterprise » is a thriving business with lot of partnership with fashion businesses and personalities (see front page of Papillon). Chelsea and Bill visited the place, Hillary Clinton has worn its jewellery :

What I find fishy : the pedo symbols

the weird mix of multiple services gathered to visitors (cafe, guesthouse, massage) alongside the in-day childcare service and a seemingly perfect ethical cover (artisanal creations) how is the Papillon Enterprise so big and thriving just by making ethical jewellery ? There is around 300 haitian people employed with 3x the minimum wage with meals included as well as other social and medical advantages.
