These 'BUTCHER SHIPS" operate outside of war zones, it would NOT be practical for GOV to kidnap children and offshore them to a waiting ship at sea outside the International water line.

Most of the kids if desirable say to Saudi from DC, most likely would have been Drugged and placed into dog kennels and then 8 hours later arrive in Saudi where they would be processed.

Note the owner of Besta-Pizza has TWO INTL Shipping companys that would have been perfect for sending live animals abroad via aircraft.
