Theory: Ghislaine Maxwell is using her Clinton Foundation-linked charity, the TerraMar Project, as a cover to traffic openly by water.

First, I recommend you guys refresh on Jeffrey Epstein - many just talk about Bill Clinton's flights, but there's a lot more going on with Epstein, specifically with more organized trafficking using MC2, which trafficked in underage Eastern European girls. Ghislaine herself was likely the prime candidate for protection from Epstein's illegal/unconstitutional plea bargain, as she would be identified as Epstein's "madame" or "fixer" in virtually every civil case that came after Epstein's criminal case.

Maxwell is intensely tight with the Clintons, specifically Bill. She even snuck back into the country for Chelsea's wedding.(1) Also, in case anyone forgot, she also looks like one of the suspects in the McCann abduction.(2)

Maxwell began the TerraMar Project supposedly to protect international waters.(3) I can not think of a better cover to move freely without question than a high seas non-profit. TerraMar also routinely gives millions of dollars to the Clinton Global Initiative - which I find odd.(4) How does her no-name charity have so much money it can be giving millions away? Also, the Clinton Global Initiative was the part Jeffrey Epstein claimed to have founded.(5)

The TerraMar project has expressed interest in buying the Guantanamo Bay facility in Cuba.(6) No surprise - it is probably one of the most secluded, ocean-facing places on earth.(7)

I am having trouble finding images of the TerraMar Project's fleet, but it's safe to presume they have one. I know "Boat Theory" is talking shipping containers, but I feel like while that is definitely a possibility, smaller ships that can cross high seas would draw less attention and not require any sort of customs inspection.
