Are we sure he isn't hiding out because of guilt, not fear of Killary? He could be in Qatar with the CF $1.8billion supposedly transferred there after Hillary lost, setting up shop in case they all need to seek asylum.

Guilt from what. He was clearly opposed to dirty CF operations, then quit. This guy is not somebody they consider a friend.
