Hey, this isn't a smoking gun, but it's certainly suggestive. There seems to be a high correlation between child stars and weird fascination with pizza. First, look at James Alefantis' Instagram photos if you haven't to see how pizza seems very sexy to some people: https://sli.mg/a/gaffhM He's not a child star, so far as I know, but he links pizza to sex pretty strongly in these pictures.
