I tried doing some clean-up on the audio to try to figure out what Biden is saying. Unfortunately the clip I was using was a little short so I couldn't isolate certain background noises in the absence of voices. The made it pretty much impossible to get rid of the phasing sound in the background or the camera flashes. I listen to this over and over and I went from being sure he was saying "horny" to being sure he was saying "horrible" and then I started leaning back towards "horny". Whatever he says, he then seems to say, "You can talk to my daughter, Ashley. She knows." He also seems to say something in between these but the camera shutter sounds make it impossible to make out. If he saying "horny" then it's not only gross, but it would seem to suggest something pretty terrible with respect to his daughter. But I'm having trouble cleaning up the audio enough to be sure what he's saying, so I certainly don't want to jump to any conclusions.
