I looked into this a while back , see here https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1456631 . There is only one individual with the first name Nathaniel that was a registered pharmacist in D.C. , https://app.hpla.doh.dc.gov/Weblookup/Details.aspx?result=721a54d5-3d23-4a04-a03e-ac78c470a931 . Note at the time he was working down the road aways , literally .

I wouldn't put much work into finding the pharmacist, either hes a floater in the area (which means hes overworked and miserable) or that is his store so he'd personally know James anyway. The pharmacy will have no information available due to HIPAA which means no patient information is to be shared barring certain circumstances. Its best and easier to link other people to him via the MD. Maybe not as primary evidence but would strengthen any other claims. Still looking for a higher resolution picture so i can read the doctors name.

That's more or less what I thought about it too. The prescribing physician would be a key lead, there was a post about a week and a half ago about an aneasthesiologist that had some kind of property ownership situation with a farm that is all tied into all of this somehow , if I remember correctly. Would the bar code on the pill bottle have any useful information and if so is there a way to read it from the image? And HIPAA is jeopardized it seems, the context of the picture is party time and published on the internet.
