I think he's going to juxtapose pizzagate with his view that pedophilia is on a track to be socially normalized. And it's an excellent way to shed light on the topic.

I wouldn't have any fear about Milo, he knows what he's doing.

I'm hoping the 'not yet' he was ordered was because the CIA wants him to gain support and dissent leading up to Trump getting in office (not saying that he will be our saviour, but maybe)

Sounds a bit complex to me. It's usually something simpler. It's either milo whoring for attention, or Bannon asked him to hold off.
