If you try to stop the president elect who won the electoral college from gaining power that means you are against the democracy of our country and therefore and enemy to the republic. You either agree with the results or your against democracy. Simple. Not to mention a Judge should be Binary, you either broke the law or not. You don't get grey areas in law because then you get some people who get different punishments for the same crime.
