Ever since this pizzagate thing broke everything else in my life instantly faded to background noise. I can't focus on work or school, my diet and exercise went to shit, and I'm obsessively checking for updates on this story. It has consumed. I really wish I somehow didn't learn about this until the semester ended, cause it's fucking with me. Ignorance really is bliss.
I know people made fun of Hillary fans after Trump won, but seriously if they honestly think Trump is as bad as I think the people in power being investigated right now, they have my sympathies. It's not their fault the media lied to them.
Anyone in the same boat? Got tips on clearing your head of all this to focus on finals?

Take a step back, exercise, eat right, and get your sleep. It's difficult given the gravity of this information, but you have to live your life. Do what you can where you are.

Yes. In order to effectively fight a battle, we must maintain our balance. Balance responsibility with faith. Balance suspicion with skepticism (to avoid being suckered by disinformation).
Spend only a certain amount of time per day on investigating, etc, and think about how to use that time effectively. Focus only on leads that are backed up with reliable SOURCES. Ignore fluff and potential disinformation.
