This new bill passed in House & Senate is become law. Allows US GOV to control the Internet topics by use of Control of the Moderator's, and army's of bot's to up/down vote topics that are forbidden.

Initial tests on Voat seem to prove out the concept.

Given that most public forums follow this vote mechanism, and moderators are selected by 'karma' vote, the GOV has decided to fund corporations to control the content of the public forums.

They were doing that without a legal pretext anyways, the paranoia around here is so thick you taste it. This means shutting down entire websites, like this one, and the whole countering aspect of the bill could mean establishing propaganda to replace what they remove. Mind you this is part of the NDAA, not exactly a citizen friendly act. Just more toys for a regime to exert total control.
