I think they are hashes to CYA files. The hash is a fingerprint to something specific, and can't easily be faked. So instead of posting the file, you post the hash, then your adversary knows you have the file and have it set to release if you get whacked.
So where are the files? If those are actual SHA256 hashes. And why did NSA release a partial hash with "pre-commitment: John Podesta" and a partial of the Kerry hash??

We seriously need to start looking into these keys, are they hidden file numbers, some kind of code or do we need to find these files.
I know the NSA made the leaks, not Russia, we do have patriots inside our system still. Keep watching! Keep searching.
