I watched the video on the Twitter #pizzagate feed the day before yesterday. I tried to watch it again yesterday (Saturday), and found I couldn't, as it has a content warning stating "This video may be inappropriate for some users", and requires signing in to confirm your age. I apologize for not being more technically knowledgeable, but does this mean that when the video had been posted on Twitter, it would have been watchable on the Twitter feed, even with restricted content? Even so, I'm quite sure I opened the video in a new tab and watched it on the Youtube website.
Yes, that's another way to get around age restriction, posting it to another webpage. The method I listed in previous post will actually let you watch the video on youtube though. Good to know if you ever want to watch a video without signing in.

Click on share, then embed, then show more to get around age restriction.
