This could put a stop to the pizzagate investigation in the near future. We need to call our congressmen and demand that they reverse this atrocity. I'm expecting that it will have to be reversed on Trump's watch; Obama isn't going to. I expect the msm to start saying that pizzagate is "russian propaganda." they are already priming us for it [http://www.nytimes.com/2016/12/09/world/europe/vladimir-putin-russia-fake-news-hacking-cybersecurity.html](Foes of Russia Say Child Pornography Is Planted to Ruin Them)

The worst section is 501 from h.r 6393 highlighted https://fellowshipoftheminds.com/2016/12/03/threat-to-alternative-media-house-passes-hr-6393-russian-propaganda-bill

*Section 501 (a) (1)

ACTIVE MEASURES BY RUSSIA TO EXERT COVERT INFLUENCE.—The term “active measures by Russia to exert covert influence” means activities intended to influence a person or government that are carried out in coordination with, or at the behest of, political leaders or the >security services of the Russian Federation and the role of the Russian Federation has been hidden or not acknowledged publicly, including the following:

 (A) Establishment or funding of**a front group.

 (B) Covert broadcasting.

 (C) **Media manipulation.**

 (D) **Disinformation and forgeries.**

 (E) Funding agents of influence.

 (F) Incitement and offensive counterintelligence.

 (G) Assassinations.

 (H) Terrorist acts.

 (e) Duties.—The duties of the committee established by subsection (b) shall be as follows:

(1) **To counter active measures by Russia to exert covert influence, including by **exposing falsehoods, agents of influence**, corruption,

(2) Such other duties as the President may designate for purposes of this section.

Given the timing of this and the bogus propornot list I do not expect proper judicial oversight for the actions of this committee, I expect the government to violate the 1st amendment and simply censor websites they don't like. And to violate the 14th amendment, indefinitely detaining journalists without due process. The 2012 NDAA Act made way for indefinite detention without trial. A lethal combination.
