According to a 12 year old article from theguardian.com...
They are known for purchasing "awkward" works, such as video installations, that many other private collectors will not consider. "It's easy to store them, but difficult to display them," says Podesta. To get round the problem, he and his wife have excavated a huge subterranean vault beneath their house outside Washington - a white space 5m square and 4m high in which it will be possible to show "very complicated video pieces" on all four walls.

Interesting find. Good work.
FTA "We don't buy anything we don't love," he says. "Some people collect one of lots of different people. Our style is to collect a smaller number of artists - probably 50 - in some depth. We'll have 20 of this person and 40 of that person."
I wonder whose work - and I wonder what of.

My guess is that "snuff" type films are shown and/or produced in their underground lair

Considering how he wants to show the movies on all four walls, it appears that the audience will be busy doing something and not simply seated. Considering how many victim accounts involve orgies and child porn happening in basements, I'm wondering if such activities would be happening while the movies are playing, so no matter which way you're looking, you can still see the movie. It definitely sounds like this creature and his bride are collecting child porn and snuff films to entertain themselves and their debauched friends.

One of their debauched friends will be the Obamas. They will be living two doors away and I am sure they will be invited to partake in one of their activity evenings or afternoons. Nothing like an afternoon or evening of child porn and snuff films.
Another glass of champagne with piece of pizza, dahling?
