I believe I mis-spoke. I think it was Quarter Branch Farm that's up for sale. Yup, says so on their website: http://quarterbranchfarm.com/

What i noticed is how lovely and secluded the houses are. Total privacy and very quite areas, the rich sure do like to live away from everyone else.

You're correct. The wrong info was given out. I saw it yesterday.
Some people online were mentioning that they thought the "Farm in Lovettesville" was Quarter Branch Farm, just up the road. However, Tamera Luzzatto gives the exact address to her & David Leiter's farm in this Wikileaked email:
