I respectfully disagree with the claim that the photos are not in Comet Ping Pong. I believe they are photos of the "curtain room", and they are working on the plumbing.
I say this because of the matching brick, the layout of the room including the exterior door, and the few stairs that go DOWN into the walk-out basement area.. and the blue ping pong table in one of the photos.
