If I am recalling correctly, the "refrigerated room" was excused away by Jimmy as merely a room in a property he was looking at with an eye towards buying. However...if you can dig up the plans for the building you're suspecting houses that room, if in that same building, will be on the plans. Put a call out for a local to visit the agency that houses those plans, all of them have to be filed officially.
I'm sorry I didn't get the point of the video because literally you say "I know where the room with the tunnels is on Alefantis' instagram" and then all you showed was drainage digging. Not tunnels. Sorry. Maybe clear up which tunnels? Nice voice by the way.

Well the second digging photo is not a tunnel it's literally laying pipe. That's not how you construct a tunnel.
