Wealth of info here. May seem unrelated, but if one considers that the trivium, which was created over 2,000 years ago, was designed to teach people how to think critically (here's the relevance) and see through logical fallacies (of which there are many different fallacies that people use constantly to manipulate other people all the time). It is not taught in Public Education (no $) but is taught in ivy league preparatory schools ($$$). Hhhmmmmmmmm...... Definitely worth your while. Good Luck.
