Because this is before Comet officially opened ("PREVIEW THE NEW COMET PIZZA", and because it's a short walk (30-40 feet?) across the back parking lot from Bucks, it seems most plausible that people were walking through bucks and out the back door to the parking lot entrance of Comet. Maybe the front area was still under construction? I dunno, but you'd need more evidence before you could say this really proves anything.
I see where you are coming from. however this could also be argued another way. This was a preview for insiders, not the public opening, to give them a sense of what was ahead.
Possibly. It is just good evidence that there is a POSSIBLE connection, which is not even a major requirement that the gist of what we have found is true. It does not hang on tunnels...just a theory by some.
