Both premises have a rear entry into the same car park - they probably had a big outdoor area setup. They are physically seperate buildings, there 1600 square foot of little red fox in between them.
if besta has a entrance to tunnel under, why wouldn't comet?
what is in the gap between the front room and the back room seen in construction pictures? seen as dark gap between back room and staurs up to front of CPP at right of picture. stairs down? broom closet?

Because that's a picture of the pig farm they worked on not Comet ( which has its own set of questions ), look at the iron girder slanted roof, bit misplaced for a flat roof 1930's building.
No. That is the rear of comet, details match many other pictures, other threads.
I believe it appears in IG same time as other comet renovations etc.
A pig barn does not have slab floor and same layout as comet.
By the way, notice the folded blue pingpong table against the wall by the door to the Comet parking lot. The beam you protest is fairly typical for such an early to mid 20th C building as a matter of fact. Could also be part of a prior renovation, if not this one. In fact you can see newer looking lighter colored wood blocking between it and the rafters. One more lesson for you, "flat" roofs are rarely flat, or else they leak. Usually in this type of construction they have a parapet incorporating guttering at the edges to give the building the look of a uniform wall height. Typical slope 1:12 or so. Cheers.
At this point only the possibility of disinformation from you versus maybe you didn't think it through, bringing this up to the same level. nothing personal though.
I am always open to being wrong and happy to correct, this is a search for the truth. I have reasonably good evidence based on the instagram photos in that time line and the information gathered on the pig farm they volunteer at that they are one and the same. I have seen nothing to say that's one of the 1930's or 1950's era constructions which constitute all the buildings on conneticut avenue. Please let me know if you have other information
look at the picture again, go over all the threads, look at the locations of doors from other pictures, the brickwork, the topography of the CPP lot, etc. The evidence is in the picture itself. Learn about architecture and construction. Recognize what you see in pictures. Ever been in a livestock barn? Farmhouse? Pole building? equipment garage? Nothing like the picture of CPP you are claiming is from farm. Not a farm building by any stretch of imagination. and putting pigs in there would ruin the pigs and ruin the building.
Still feel stubborn? There is contextual evidence you can learn about also. Maybe you need to dig up an archive of JA's insta before it went private and get the context, the post was about comet and the picture is of comet, don't be stubborn about your point, it's mistaken.
I'm perfectly willing to change my mind, if you can provide something other than your word. Or simply show me part of those buildings that's got the same pitch on the roof pretty straight forward and I don't know 100% it's farm so I am open to new ideas.
