If you find it floating on the net and see it, take screen shots of the victims faces. And then normally you would contact the authorities right away. However, when the authorities are the human traffickers, porn film makers, distributer etc etc.. You and every other civilian has now become the legal authority.
I think the best next step is to begin setting up a new agency. Fund raising etc etc.. AND a secure data base and building for absolutely secure storage of evidence and records. We need an old bunker we can quickly renovate and use a hall of records and evidence storage.
Our entire government is defunct, illegitimate and no longer valid. Civilians in each nation need to do the same. Extreme organization and military training needs to begin NOW!!!
