Probably not. The resolution only brings whistleblower protections for the FBI up to similar levels with other departments. Whistleblower protection in the NSA, for example, has been abysmal. So don't hold your breath.

I do not [personally] believe the FBI has ever accomplished anything worthwhile. Some people believe the FBI recently became corrupt. I am of the belief that they have always been.

This won't go anywhere until Obama no longer has the veto power. They don't have a supermajority in the senate required to override a presidential veto.
